BioSpectrum’s FMLT (Fast Multi-layered Liposome Technology) MultiSphere series is formulated by incorporation of multi-layered liposomes, which encapsulates corpious amounts of both hydrophobic and hydrophilic ingredients in one formulation. The FMLT MultiSpheres maximize the payloads of liposomes by spontaneous association of multiple active ingredients. The FMLT MultiSpheres are highly efficient in entrapment and association of active ingredients. The multiple layers of membranes in the FMLT MultiSpheres increase the capacity of each liposome to carry the ingredient by approximately 1000-fold. This makes it possible to anticipate 1000-fold of desired active effects. Especially for topical applications, FMLT MultiSpheres are more effective since they increase the surface area of action sites for ingredients in tissues. |
